Xiao Hui is a doctor of English language and literature Nanjing University; The First and Second Level Academic Leader of Foreign Language and Literature, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics; Member of Academic Committee, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics; Director of Translation Research Institute；Director of Academic Committee, School of Foreign Languages； Master Supervisor； She has successively held the posts of the Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and Secretary of the Party Committee; She presided over 9 national, provincial and bureau level projects, participated in one Project of Graduate Education Innovation of Jiangsu Provincial Education Department, presided over and participated in 40 school level projects, published 3 monographs, 2 translations; She has published more than 60 papers in CSSCI, foreign language core journals such as “Chinese Translators”,“ XinHua Digest ”，“Foreign Language World”, “Foreign Language and Foreign Language Teaching”, “Shanghai Journal of Translators for Science and Technology”, “Shanghai Journal of Translators, Language and Translation”, “Foreign Theoretical Trends”etc; She has published more than 110 papers, translations and articles;She has published 39 textbooks, coaching books, dictionaries and grammar books as an editor-in-chief, a deputy editor or an author; So far, she has done 140 academic researches, her 21 achievements won the First, Second and Third Prizes of Excellent Scientific Research Achievements at the University Level, First Prize of Teaching Achievements at the University Level, Second Prize for Teaching Achievements of Higher Education at University Level.
