Chen Furong

Master Degree; Associate Professor.

Graduated from School of Foreign Languages of Anhui University. Now teaching in School of Foreign Languages of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.

Work experience:

Engaged in English teaching and research on Translation Theory and Translation Practice. Having published 20 academic papers, hosted four research projects of NUFE (completed), participated in 10 research projects of provincial level and of NUFE.

Main Achievements: 

1. Awarded with “Excellent Graduation Paper Tutor” of NUFE in 2019;

2. Awarded with “Excellent Labor Union Staff”of NUFE in 2017 and in 2019;

5. Awarded with the second prize for “Translation of Metaphor”by the Association of China Foreign Languages Finance and Economic colleges in 2008;

6. Awarded with “Excellent Teaching Quality”by NUFE in 2003 and 2005;

7. Awarded with “Excellent Judge”of 19^th FLTRP Cup National College Students English Debate (East China) in 2016;

8. Awarded with “Excellent Tutor”of “Star Hope ”Oral English Contest in 2010,2011,2012,2013,2014 and 2015.
